Brenna and Sean’s beautiful wedding reception at The Library at 190 South LaSalle was a bibliophile’s dream! Spring in Chicago brings beauty to the city like none other. The new blooms are forming on the flowers and you get to see people exit out onto the street after a winter of hibernating. It also brings about an unpredictability with the weather that invokes a sense of creativity and inspiration for individuals who are planning their special wedding day. Brenna and Sean took on this day with a creativity and sense of adventure that I truly admired.
The day was an all-encompassing spring Chicago day where all types of weather made their appearance. The couple embraced the rain, snow, and sun this day to make for a gorgeous day.
St Clement Chicago Wedding
The couple had an interfaith ceremony where they combined Breanna’s Catholic upbringing and Sean’s Jewish faith. They decided to have their ceremony at St. Clement Church in Lincoln Park in Chicago. It was a venue that brought an extra set of beauty to the day and a place that I loved to shoot in.
After the ceremony, we headed down to Michigan Avenue. This street boasts beautiful flowers and is a place where Brenna walks every day. She saw the beauty of this street as an exceptional background for photos and I couldn’t have agreed more. The setting was beautiful and the sun came out just in time for us to take photos.
Wedding Reception at The Library at 190 South LaSalle
Sean, a tax lawyer and Brenna, an architect, both have a great passion for books and are currently working on building a major book collection. When they started their hunt for their reception venue, they came across the Library at 190 South LaSalle and thought it was the most perfect place to host their celebration. This venue is situated 40 floors above the Loop’s Financial District. This classic, modern, and elegant venue offered a warm, and comfortable environment for the couple to celebrate their wedding. This library features over 50,000 volumes of law books that boast incredible architectural design. The Library at 190 South LaSalle is a perfect venue for couples who love the beauty of architecture and want a warm and elegant venue for their reception.
