THE JOURNAL

Jenny and Tim’s Wedding

“Everything happens for a reason”. This is a common phrase that’s been shared around during this COVID season. However, when Jenny and Tim told me this when discussing their wedding, I could not agree more. Jenny and Tim had originally planned to get married on June 5th, 2020. Although when the pandemic hit, those plans were changed. So they decided to get married at a small, intimate ceremony with just their family and planned their big wedding ceremony at Two Brother’s Roundhouse exactly one year later.

This celebration of their marriage was a party to remember! I loved how it was personalized just for the couple. The bride and groom got ready separately but came together in a beautiful first look moment. We then headed to Fabyan Japanese Gardens to take wedding party photos.

When it came time for the ceremony, instead of going through another ring exchange, the couple opted to give each other a beer to drink while the officiant joked that the ceremony was sponsored by Two Brother’s Roundhouse. In a time where we have had to be so serious, I thought this was the perfect unique touch to add to the celebration.

Jenny and Tim have had so much happen this year! Since their initial ceremony, they were able to purchase their first home and add a doggy to their family. Their family has been so supportive and really knew how to make this day special. This family knows how to party and I could not believe how good Tim was at dancing!

The couple is getting ready to head out on their honeymoon in Maui. A perfect way to end a crazy year of wedding plans. Jenny and Tim, I wish you all the best as you continue on in your beautiful marriage. It seems that everything really does happen for a reason because your wedding celebration was a truly beautiful time.
