The Process of Designing a Book

Initial Design

step 1

Hand-edited digital copies of your wedding photos will be available about six weeks after your big day. At that time, you’ll also receive our proposed design for your wedding album. Every design concept comes with additional pages beyond those included in your contract, giving you many stunning spreads to choose from.

Cover Options

step 2

We’ll schedule a meeting based on your availability to discuss the album’s design in further detail. Together, we’ll review your options for removing or adding additional spreads, upgrading the paper, cover choices and finishing touches, such as embossing the cover or spine.

Final Approval

Before the design is digitally sent to Italy for printing and assembly, you’ll have the option to review it once more and make any necessary changes. This is a cherished keepsake that you will have for the rest of your lives. We want it to be perfect and will make revisions until the final design is approved.

Delivery

step 4

Our team of artisans will take their time compiling your album, paying close attention to detail. Delivery may take up to 8 weeks.

The album lies flat and the images span the pages seamlessly without any gap in the middle. The pages are thick and velvety, making them easy to flip through and sturdy enough to open again and again.

We use true photographic paper for all of our albums, regardless of the package you choose. The JEITA Institute has rated the longevity of the pages at 300 years, plus it’s recognized for its ability to convey deep blacks, delicate skin tones, dynamic shadows, rich colors and a very high, professional-quality resolution.
