Crane’s is proud to say it is one of Chicagoland’s premiere wedding and fine portrait studios. We are a small group of professional photographers whose goal is to provide you with professional service whether you are looking for a photographer for your wedding or a keepsake family portrait.
Leaving behind a career in architecture and a masters from Harvard, Harold Crane followed his passion to own his own photography studio. Harold has been photographing weddings and fine portraits for over 30 years from New York to California. Frequently hired for his ability to blend traditional photography with the excitement of photojournalism, Harold understands that the flow of a wedding can be unpredictable. Although he works quickly, is fun and unobtrusive, his over 30 years of experience has taught him to be watchful for all the special moments that might be missed. There’s just no substitute for experience. His goal is to capture all of life’s subtleties and those spontaneous moments that make weddings so wonderful.
All of your photographs are printed on fine art paper (smooth matte, watercolor or canvas) right in our studio. Even your wedding proofs are color corrected to look like the final product, printed on fine art paper and bound for easy viewing. Each album is designed and completed to your specifications. Our fine portrait previews are shown on our state-of-the-art viewing system. This allows you to see how your portraits will look in sizes ranging from
8 X 10 to 24 X 30 wall portraits.
